need of repair or dangling precariously from
their poles, the number of electric cables
of Bangkok hanging above our heads is astounding.
When there's a power cut, how on earth do
they know which one to fix? |

again. But when there's a fault, you need
a specialist - you need to know what you're
doing (laughing). But they do find the fault
- they don't have to cut everything off (laughing).
