and internet sites, but often the information
is badly presented and in other languages.

This website links two principal areas: an
introduction to the city and its surroundings
and practical information for your next stay.
The image of the Kingdom, tarnished by the
tales of sex-tourism, is not very flattering
for a nation that professes to be the Land
of Smiles. So, with all modesty aside, a little
extra marketing on our part can only serve
to benefit this 'Amazing Thailand'
(Tourism
Authority of Thailand's catchphrase)
which holds so many surprises and delights.
The most important factor that this site wishes
to present, is Bangkok through a different
perspective. We've tried to show this with
the use of micro reporting (photos and videoclips)
without making any con cessions. Our second
aim is to provide useful information to visitors
wishing to spend time in Bangkok, whether
it be for a short holiday or a long term posting.
